In production this dashboard is built by reading a list of staff ORCID iDs (that the school provides), entirely in the browser — it aggregates public records on the fly and stores nothing. No staff data is held, no LMS or HR integration, no personal data at rest. The same "stateless and personal" principle as the individual home page.
Honesty. Career stage, "needs induction" and capability gaps are derived from public signals (role title, years, themes) and are prompts for conversation, not judgements.
