Get it through your library

Hit a paywall on a paper your university already subscribes to? Choose your institution once, then paste any DOI or article link — this tool rewrites it into your own library's access link (an OpenAthens redirector or EZproxy front door), where you sign in with your usual university account. NTLSN never sees a password: this is link-routing over your own entitlements, verified for 42 of 43 Australian universities.

Remembered in your browser only (localStorage) — change it any time. Entries marked "pattern unverified" are documented by the library but couldn't be fully confirmed from off-campus; if the link fails, your library's help desk is the fix.

How it works. Australian university library access collapses to two URL shapes: the OpenAthens redirector (go.openathens.net/redirector/… — 23 universities) and the classic EZproxy login prefix (19 universities). The table of verified patterns is open data: library-resolvers.json. Libraries migrate — if your university's link stops working, tell us and check your library's own "off-campus access" page.
Nothing is stored or sent anywhere — institution choice lives in your browser; the rewritten link goes straight to your library. Not affiliated with any publisher; access depends entirely on your own institution's subscriptions.  ·  SoTL Index methodology  ·  ← Back to NTLSN
